SAP Lead

Design, build and deploy SAP-based ERP solutions.

Lead analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, often in close cooperation with Vendors and Interfacing applications to Finance team.

Conduct structured testing internally and with business users.

Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.

Lead analysis in ABAP area to review HANA models and interfaces to SAP system.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the business requirement of the organization that includes current business processes and documentation.
2. Gap Analysis - finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
3. Validate proposed SAP changes (e.g., customizations) based on business requirements.
4. Prepare training materials and conduct training to end-users.
5. Conduct functional testing and Integration Testing.
6. Address day-to-day queries of end users.
7. Support enhancement of the SAP for end-user based on requirement.
8. Configure Global settings, Enterprise structure settings, G/L, A/P, A/R and Asset Accounting.
9. Implement enhancements and changes.
10. Provide support after the product goes Live.

Experience / Skills

1. Minimum 7 years of SAP Experience, in Functional (FI) & Technical (ABAP) Consulting roles.
2. Experience in SAP S4 HANA finance applications/modules and ABAP Programming.
3. Highly organized, adaptable, and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through.
4. Good knowledge and experience in implementing systems integration of SAP with other systems, both internal and off-the-shelf Software.
5. Strong expertise in project delivery methods, tools, and templates.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
7. Ability to coordinate and interact with multiple teams.
8. Knowledge of Insurance, Oracle Hyperion, FPSL, PAPM, BW or BASIS is an added advantage.

Qualification

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
