Job Description

As the SAP BRIM Solution Architect, you will work with one of our key customers on building their SAP Centre of Excellence and lead the design, implementation and optimization of SAP BRIM solutions across all modules in BRIM.

What will you do?

1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP BRIM solutions, serving as a bridge between business requirements and technology to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and efficiency in subscription-based and usage-based billing processes.
2. Define and design end-to-end SAP BRIM solutions, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
3. Architect scalable, robust solutions across SAP BRIM components, including SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
4. Analyse and align client business processes with SAP BRIM capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutions. Enhance processes for subscription billing, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, and contract management. Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.
5. Lead the implementation of SAP BRIM projects, managing technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Develop project roadmaps, define milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
7. Design and oversee integration between SAP BRIM and third-party systems, leveraging Convergent mediation tool to ensure seamless data flows and accurate data processing across systems.
8. Provide training and guidance to functional and technical teams on SAP BRIM modules and best practices.
9. Propose enhancements to existing SAP BRIM solutions to improve performance, scalability, and usability.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. A minimum of 14 years of experience in multiple SAP implementation and support projects is required.
2. Experience in design, implementation, and overseeing end-to-end solutions for complex billing, subscription, and revenue management processes using the SAP BRIM suite.
3. Solid experience in understanding and designing scalable solutions using the following SAP BRIM Components:
   • SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
   • SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
   • SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
   • SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
   • Convergent Mediation (CM)
4. Ability to architect end-to-end solutions and ensure the team is delivering as per the solution.
5. Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
6. Experience with project management methodologies - Agile, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, documentation, etc.

Certifications:

1. SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.
2. TOGAF or other relevant certifications (Good to have).
3. SAP Activate Project Manager (Good to have).
