Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Digital Experience (formerly Community Cloud). The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies, along with experience in leading technical teams. This role involves designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions, coding, and providing technical leadership in projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Digital Experience.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee the development and configuration of Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring quality standards and best practices are followed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance on technical issues, coding best practices, and solution design.
  • Participate in all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms.
  • Perform code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain performance and system integrity.
  • Keep up with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to recommend improvements in design and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Digital Experience (formerly Community Cloud).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, customization, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including security models, sharing rules, and data modeling.
  • Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and Web Services for integration purposes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Technical Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and tools such as MuleSoft, Heroku, or other middleware platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is an advantage.
