Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.
Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.
Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
