Salesforce Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (SFA certification) is required.
3. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
4. Proficient in Salesforce programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript).
5. Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework (Aura and Lightning Web Components).
6. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and its customization options.
7. Knowledge of data integration tools (such as MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.
8. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer or Administrator.
2. Experience in developing and deploying applications within a CI/CD pipeline.
3. Knowledge of other Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
4. SFA Certification is Mandatory
