Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Central, Singapore

Salary Package: $9000 + AWS

Job Type: 1 year Contract (renewable)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs. As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the digital transformation journey, ensuring optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
2. Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and client objectives.
3. Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
4. Provide recommendations on Salesforce features, integrations, and third-party tools.
5. Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and solution effectiveness.
6. Conduct quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
7. Document technical and functional specifications for Salesforce projects.
8. Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and new technologies to enhance solutions.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
3. Deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
4. Experience with Salesforce configurations, Apex, and Lightning components.
5. Strong knowledge of data migration, integrations, and APIs.
6. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable.
7. Excellent communication and client management skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
