• Analyze user feedback and collaborate on improvements.
• Maintain documentation of processes and workflows.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe sprint planning and standups.
• Forge strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Administration Certified.
• Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Understanding of project lifecycle.
• Preferred: experience in logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Visio.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
