Administrative Support:

• Manage customer orders and data in ERP systems.
• Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and maintain accurate records.

Sales and Customer Support:

• Provide solutions and technical advice to customers.
• Evaluate customer requirements and ensure compliance with company terms and conditions.
• Coordinate cost estimations and timelines for deliveries.

Order Management:

• Oversee order handling, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for logistics and transportation.

Teamwork and Innovation:

• Identify process improvements and support the development of innovative solutions.
• Foster collaboration among departments.

Quality Control:

• Inspect products to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Marine/Oil & gas environment
• Strong knowledge of parts sourcing, order processing, and client engagement.
• Ability to manage delivery and invoicing efficiently.
• Responsible and with a positive attitude
