Sales Support Officer / Client Management (5D / Supply Chain & Logistics / MNC)

Our client is a leading multinational company in the supply chain and logistics industry, providing end-to-end solutions for e-commerce fulfillment, packaging, and global distribution.

Job Highlights:

• Location: Ubi/ Macpherson MRT
• Attractive salary: Up to $3,500 + 18 days annual leave + AWS
• Working Hours (Mon-Fri): 5DWW, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily client business coordination and service levels.
• Address client inquiries on orders, quotations, and shipping.
• Advise on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
• Resolve client issues and challenges efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide weekly/monthly business reports.
• Participate in demand planning when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
