Sales Support Executive (SAP system)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and administration for the SAP system.
- Assist sales team in creating and updating sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the SAP system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and records.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Participate in system testing and implementation of SAP enhancements.
- Provide training and support to sales team on the usage of the SAP system.
- Assist in the development and improvement of sales support processes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in sales support, preferably with experience in using the SAP system.
- Proficiency in SAP system functions, such as sales order processing and quotation management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
