Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers
Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM
Provide the necessary administrative support and assistance in project sales, wholesales and export sales
Handle complete order processing from receipt of customers’ order confirmation to issuing of orders to vendors and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to customers
Monitor customer accounts and receivables
Requirements:
Diploma in Building Management/Electrical Engineering/Business Management
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
Experience in freight forwarding
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Meticulous, able to multi-task & work independently
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
