Sales Support Executive (Logistics, Backend)

Adecco is partnering with a MNC Freight Forwarding Company, and we are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Quotation) to join their business! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

The Opportunity

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: East region, MRT: Expo
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

The Job

• Provide admin support such as logistics rates and quotation for the Sales team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Process customer orders for shipment with HQ based in Italy.
• Coordinate with the operation team regarding customer orders to prepare shipment documents.
• Address customer issues and concerns related to shipment, delivery delays, or other logistics issues by working closely with internal departments.

The Talent

• Possess a Diploma in a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of International Logistics Services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
