The Role:
We are excited to announce openings for the position of Sales Support. This role is crucial to our mission of supporting sales processes while fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing clients and re-engaging with past customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales activities.
• Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
• Re-engage and reactivate inactive customers within our portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience.

Requirements:

• No prior experience in industrial distribution required.
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to solve supply chain issues.
• Results-oriented and thrives in a target-driven environment.
