Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support in proposal writing, sales support & operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong soft skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to support business functions efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth business operations. The Sales Support Administrator will report to their line manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Draft, review, and edit business proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
- Work closely with our Business Managers and Technical Teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Maintain and update document templates to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Generate detailed reports on key business metrics and sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
Administrative Support
- Handle office administration tasks, including document management and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, project documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by managing job postings and tracking candidates.
- Support HR with onboarding and policy updates.
- Track employees' leave and timesheet submissions to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Support
- Streamline workflows by automating processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Support the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in a business administration or support role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with tools like Monday.com or CRM platforms is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and support business initiatives.
