Descripción

  1. Lead the rollout of standardized sales processes, practices, and performance management tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Salesforce team.
  2. Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and processes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency to optimize the sales organization's efforts.
  3. Support the development and tracking of key performance metrics to enhance sales productivity.
  4. Assist in creating annual plans and monthly forecasts to guide the sales leadership team.
  5. Evaluate performance and productivity data to assist regional sales leaders in coaching and managing their teams effectively.
  6. Analyze critical metrics, including external data, year-over-year performance, and run rates, aligning them with overall company goals using a bottom-up approach.
  7. Ensure the sales team has access to the best tools, training, and resources across various roles (local sales, contract sales, business development, and specialists).
  8. Actively monitor and maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales planning efforts using CRM and ERP platforms.
  9. Keep up-to-date with new product launches and inventory updates.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
  11. Adapt quickly to challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Embrace change and see new experiences as opportunities for growth.

Education and Experience:

  1. Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of sales experience, with 8+ years in a sales support role within a B2B environment.
  2. Preferred: Over 3 years of experience leading sales operations in a B2B setting.

  1. Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with experience analyzing reports and drawing actionable insights.
  2. Solid financial expertise, capable of effectively planning and executing business strategies.
  3. Open to change and actively supports corporate initiatives.
  4. Proven ability to coach and mentor colleagues and team members.
  5. Adaptable and open to new ideas and approaches.
  6. Skilled in applying financial knowledge to drive growth and provide meaningful analysis.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  8. Effective communicator with the ability to engage internal and external teams.
  9. Competent in learning and using CRM tools for sales planning and forecasting.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  11. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  12. Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills.
  13. Familiar with marketing principles, product knowledge, and ordering processes.
