Job Accountabilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
Develop strong product knowledge, adhere to work policies and procedures, and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness
Handle objections professionally and provide persuasive responses to encourage enrolment.
Meet quality standards, performance targets, and KPIs set by the department.
Utilize data to follow up on assigned leads promptly and maintain detailed lead follow-up reports.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records for efficient retrieval based on work requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales, marketing or customer service.
Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
Good understanding of the higher education/professional development industry in Singapore
Well-developed diplomacy skills and ability to handle expansive and diverse customers.
Willing to learn and able to collaborate with different stakeholders
