Position: Full-Time Sales Specialist (Salary shown is including basic + sales commission)

Core Responsibility:

Your primary goal is to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and you won’t be doing it alone. Our dedicated team is committed to helping you succeed.

Key Job Functions:

• Address customer inquiries regarding Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) requirements and hiring processes.
• Conduct interviews with potential MDWs at our overseas training centers.
• Shortlist MDWs based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer interviews.
• Manage customer communications through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle after-sales service issues for both customers and MDWs.
• Follow through on closed deals and manage part of the hiring process and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong drive and desire to succeed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy or a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, and WhatsApp Web
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• CEI certification and experience in a related field are preferred but not required
