Based in Singapore, the Sales Specialist will lead the operations in India, playing a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic initiatives within the region. This role will oversee all aspects of our business in India, with a specific focus on retail operations, and will frequently travel to India for business development, market expansion, and store visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
a. Develop and implement business strategies to increase the company’s market share and profitability in India.
b. Identify new market opportunities and expand our presence in the region, particularly within the retail sector.
2. Client Relations:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in India.
b. Represent the company at high-level meetings and events in India and Singapore.
3. Marketing and Sales:
a. Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase brand visibility and revenue in the Indian market.
b. Oversee the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, adapting strategies to local market preferences and consumer behavior.
4. Retail Operations:
a. Manage and optimize retail operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and in-store promotions.
b. Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met, customer service is exceptional, and sales targets are achieved.
5. Operational Excellence:
a. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high service standards in India.
b. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and comply with local regulations.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
a. Ensure all business activities comply with Indian laws and company policies.
