Drive a profitable and continuous sales growth for large accounts.
Develop strong relationships with customers' decision-makers by having regular visits to support their projects.
Work with the technical, customer care, and other support teams to drive the Prysmian brand and expand our presence in the accounts.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and prepare sales forecasts for bi-weekly sales reviews and monthly reporting.
Collaborate with various organizational functions (marketing, technical, logistics, and customer service) to ensure efficient and effective support for the customer.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of sales experience with a medium-sized company. Candidates with no prior experience but with a good educational background will be seriously considered.
Knowledge of cabling products will be an advantage.
Experience in solution selling, working with customers' stakeholders to shape opportunities and position Prysmian as the brand of choice.
Proven success in managing accounts in a similar capacity.
Other Essentials:
Business or Marketing Degree from a reputable university.
Enjoy meeting customers with a customer-focused mindset.
Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal support teams to exceed customers’ expectations.
