Essential duties, accountabilities and responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships to a point where he/she is viewed as a trusted advisor for wound care.
- Proficient in Coloplast’s sales process to be able to meet customer needs and handle drawbacks, misunderstandings, scepticism and indifference.
- Be highly conversant with Coloplast and competitor products.
- Develop account plans for assigned territory to provide clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business.
- Maintain a call cycle which optimises time with customers.
- Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM.
- Participate in industry and company events which help promote Coloplast.
- Be able to support clinicians achieve optimal patient outcomes which may at times involve supporting patients in their homes.
- Support the broader Singapore team develop strategies and implement in market activities which support the business grow.
Education and Experience (Knowledge and skills)
- Medical related college/university graduate preferred.
- 3 years sales experience in medical devices/pharma/consumable.
- Demonstrated success in building a sales territory and building rapport quickly.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore Healthcare system and what influences customer product selection.
- English – written and spoken.
- Excellent influencing, facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
