The Sales / Commercial Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

1. Handling RFQs within the allocated time, including receiving, creating, and distributing quotes to clients.
2. Downloading customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e., Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc.).
3. Accurately updating relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT).
4. Performing any other duties as requested by the Commercial Manager.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the ship chandler industry.
2. Kindly indicate your expected salary & notice period for our evaluation.
3. 5.5 days work week, alternate Saturdays.
