Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and project coordination as required.
Provide timely updates, sales reports, and insights to the HOD.
Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in marine, construction, or manufacturing industries.
Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent requirements efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience in handling spare parts or ship supply services will be an added advantage.
