Job Description:

Promote sales of IT Gadgets to achieve sales targets while helping customers discover products that meet their needs, providing a friendly and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
2. Sales Performance: Actively promote and sell our products, meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest product offerings and trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
4. Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily and monthly sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable attitude.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
6. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
7. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
