Sales Promoter

WIPRO CONSUMER CARE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. – Serangoon

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Full Time or Part Time Beauty Advisors to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, providing expert skincare and beauty advice to customers while delivering excellent service to create an informative and personalized experience to each customer. You will work at leading retailers such as Watsons and other prominent pharmacies, supermarkets or beauty/personal care outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Service: Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized skincare and beauty recommendations. Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their skin type, concerns, and preferences. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
2. Sales & Promotions: Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling beauty products. Promote current offers and campaigns to boost store sales. Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's wide range of products. Stay updated on product launches, beauty trends, and competitor offerings.
4. Merchandising & Stock Management: Assist and liaise with our sales merchandisers to monitor stock levels and ensure proper display and replenishment of products at the store.
5. Teamwork & Reporting: Collaborate with store staff and supervisors. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Skills: Able to understand simple English and minimum converse in mother tongue.
2. Good Attitude: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Sales-driven and target-oriented.
3. Knowledge: No prior knowledge required. On the job training will be provided to all selected candidates.
4. Availability: Work days will include weekends and may include public holidays. Off days will be scheduled accordingly to the monthly roster. All Public Holidays worked will be compensated accordingly.
5. Working Hours: According to individual outlet opening hours, (e.g. 10am to 7pm, 12pm to 9pm), break time for meal.

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

1. Full-time: 6 days / week OR flexible work days option, Part-Time option available.
2. Islandwide slot availability - mostly in various pharmacies and retail supermarkets or retailers.
