Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to lead our renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and renovation industry experience, with the ability to manage client relationships, coordinate teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the renovation sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, and property developers.
- Conduct site visits, provide consultations, and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee renovation projects from start to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or client concerns promptly.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide updates and reports on project progress, costs, and timelines.
- Manage expectations and handle feedback professionally.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all renovation work adheres to building regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, permits, and compliance with industry guidelines.
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in renovation sales and project management.
Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of renovation processes, materials, and regulations.
