Sales / Project Engineer

Job Description:

1. Develop new customers to expand customer base.
2. Sales & marketing including e-marketing for trading and projects assignment.
3. Provide after sales service and technical support on existing customers.
4. Assist the team in the execution of the overall digital marketing strategy.
5. Project coordination and management including planning, scheduling, execution and handling project, coordinating with contractor and end user.
6. Liaises and communicates with client on project status, progress and variation order.
7. Ensuring the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the Client in accordance to contractual agreements.
8. General administration support to project team on filing management and ensure all documentation is maintained orderly for each project.
9. Assist and support to minor troubleshooting of office equipment software and/or hardware.
10. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or similar) is an advantage.
11. Any other duties/task as required by the job and/or organisation where required.

Qualification: Minimum Diploma
