Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and target key customer segments for product sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales demos to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.

Product Management:

  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and market trends.
  • Define product vision, goals, and key features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust the product roadmap accordingly.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create product messaging, launch plans and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales/Product Engineer in mechanical, electrical or electronics role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, market research and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
