Who We Are Looking For?

To lead and manage a group of store managers to deliver area business plan and KPIs within budget. To be accountable for overseeing the individual store activities are effectively carried out. Assist in achieving financial and operational goals of the business. Coach and supervise a team of Store Managers to deliver an excellent retail experience for our customers in order to achieve sales and other retail targets.

What Awaits You:

  1. Support to stores on delivering KPIs on Sales, profitability and service standards.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of Store In Charge to achieve business objectives and operational excellence in Store & Service standards.
  3. Analyse reports and trends, engage internal functions to identify opportunities and roll out plans.
  4. Assess store environments and workflow in order to put up practical proposals for business improvement.
  5. Comply with company procedures at all times to protect valuable assets including its people and to achieve company KPIs.
  6. Review store surrounding retail environments to identify areas for improvement opportunities.
  7. Identify potential candidates among the store teams and groom them as part of succession planning.
  8. Be an exemplary role model to the team members in work ethics and sales driven with a flair for creativity.
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

  1. Diploma holder with a passion for retail management.
  2. At least 3 years of operational experience in a similar capacity.
  3. Knowledge of Retail/ Health & Beauty related industry.
  4. Strong leadership qualities.
  5. Confident & self-driven.
  6. Strong integrity and professionalism.
  7. Results-oriented, resourceful, and willing to be “hands-on” when required.
  8. Good analytical skills & commercial sense.
  9. Meticulous and committed.
  10. Strong level of judgement.
  11. Good communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
  12. Coaching and supervisory skills.
  13. Planning skills.
  14. Digitally inclined.
