Due to the company's plan to increase its presence and expand its business, we are looking for a responsible and committed Sales Operations.
You will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for coordinating information (as in enquiries, questions, or issues) between the customers and the relevant internal stakeholders, and also for coordinating information (as in pricing and product availability) between the company and suppliers/partners. Your role’s main focus is to maintain the effectiveness of our communications to ensure that the sales of the company are maintained by responding in a timely and accurate manner to customers and suppliers alike. Your first task is to familiarize yourself with and achieve a complete grasp of the primary business process in order to perform your duties and also to be ready to support any function of the primary business process (particularly for the Building Services business unit). In addition, you will perform any secondary functions that the Senior Executive, Business Administration might assign you to. You are part of the Operations Team and will report to the Senior Executive, Business Administration.
