Sales Operation Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager / Assistant Manager with a background in FMCG industries to oversee and run our retail operations in Key Retailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the full function of the merchandising team, which includes executing effective operational strategies and maintaining high visibility of the products and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & lead a team of merchandisers.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, store maintenance, and store visits.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure orders are placed for replenishment and event activations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including Space Buy.
• Coordinate with retailers/stores on activities such as regular promotional events, space buys, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
• Oversee and ensure implementation of merchandising, display, and promotional plans in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure the merchandising team timely implements seasonal displays, promotions, pricing, and POSM.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers.
• Route planning to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager, with experience in the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of FMCG products and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
