Job Description
Source, train, and support a high-performing team of promoters, continuously monitoring and enhancing their performance.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales while coordinating with inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers by regularly visiting locations to ensure optimal product placement, address issues, and negotiate favorable contracts and terms.
Identify and pursue new sales channels by conducting market research to uncover growth opportunities and develop effective market entry strategies.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of atrium and special events, from planning and preparation of promotional materials to overseeing setup and execution to ensure smooth operation and achievement of sales targets.

Salary Package
Basic ($2000 to $2300 depending on skills and workingexperiences) + Incentives + Variable bonus
