• Position: Sales & Marketing Manager (Electrical/Electronic/Power Supply) – Up to $9,000
• Location: Central – Clarke Quay
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Annual Bonus + Transport Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish clear sales and market goals, ensuring these are aligned with the company's overall strategy and expected growth.
• Responsible for developing and managing the annual budget of the sales and marketing department, allocating resources appropriately, and ensuring the maximization of market and sales activities within the budget.
• Research the development trends and competitive environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia, develop and implement sales strategies, acquire new clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
• Continuously enhance personal and team technical capabilities, use technological differentiation strategies to provide clients with value-added customized solutions, and expand company business.
• Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
• Identify and manage market and sales risks, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of the budget.
• Build and train the sales team, set and monitor performance targets.
• Regularly report business progress and market dynamics to company executives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) with relevant marketing experience of at least 5 years, e.g. Marketing in the trade of AC/DC power supply and Electronic components.
• Good local market knowledge and business understanding of customers’ requirements.
• Able to work under pressure to achieve budgeted targets.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
