Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (ID9049) (Construction & Manufacturing Company)
Location: Gul Circle
Working Hour: 8am to 5.30pm (Mon-Thur), 8am to 4.30pm (Fri)
Salary: $2800 to $3700

1. Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matters within the Sales & Marketing Department.
2. Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiating customer visits, performing site surveys, preparing sales proposals, quotations and contracts, following up and engaging in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance with Company pricing policies.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
4. Relentlessly pursue new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
5. Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well as respond to customer requests, clarifications, and resolve any issues with customers as soon as possible.
6. Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims, and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receipt of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.
7. Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
8. Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
