Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer (ID6004) Location: Yishun Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am - 12:30pm) Salary: S$3,200 to S$4,500
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segments. - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
Marketing and Promotion: - Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. - Leverage online marketing platforms (such as social media, email campaigns, and webinars) to reach potential clients. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to qualify and generate business leads. - Develop compelling product presentations and collateral. - Leads generation role.
Technical Expertise: - Familiarity with cleanroom environments and their impact on product specifications. - Knowledge of mechatronics or bioprocess equipment is advantageous. - Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Relationship Building: - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. - Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct regular client visits and maintain open communication channels.
Communication and Cold Calling: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients. - Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs deeply.

Qualifications:
Technical certificate/diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical engineering or a related field, or “A” Level.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin (Bonus: Malay, and another ASEAN language).
Prior experience in technical sales or marketing preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with online marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
