An exciting Sales & Marketing Director, APAC for an automotive manufacturer has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong leadership commercial & strategical experience.
About the Sales & Marketing Director (APAC) role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of the APAC region, through active involvement with dealers, initiating market entry and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and manage all activities within the APAC region that drive sales and profit growth
Develop, grow and partner with all existing active dealers
Identify key business focus and support strategic projects
Manage price performance and sales performance
Plan and implement the APAC brand and marketing strategies, both internal and external communication activities, events and projects
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the relevant commercial automotive or heavy machinery sector
Master/Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline
Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional levels
Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in managing Profit & Loss / Team Management
