Sales & Marketing (Sustainability) Associate – Global Role

Suitable for diploma and degree holders, with 2+ years of working experience in any field, with or without F&B experience.

Must be willing to join an SME and deploy to other countries every 6 months to 1 year.

Job Scope:

1. Source and establish relationships with partners such as prospective customers.
2. Research local market requirements and needs, short-term and long-term feasibilities, penetration, and establish foothold strategy.
3. Identify leads and paths to build up our business presence in both Singapore and overseas.
4. Communicate effectively and provide updates to Head Office in Singapore.
5. Execute sales and marketing strategies and tactical executions in both offline and online channels.
6. Conduct marketing and sales reporting & analysis.
7. Support in the technological frontier with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
8. Assist with other projects as directed by Head Office in Singapore.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing or in a similar position.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in maintaining social media platforms and AI is a plus.
7. Ability to multitask.
8. Driven, adaptable, independent, and willing to learn in diverse environments and cultures.
9. A great problem solver and initiator in a broad set of challenges, embracing change with new technology.
10. Experience in managing social media platforms, especially on RedNote (Xiao Hong Shu).
