Work closely with the Portfolio Director to establish and execute sales strategies and sales objectives.
Generate new business leads through customer relationship development, cold calling, attendance at industry-related events, and market research.
Develop brand and industry-specific knowledge to enhance and improve new business sales performance.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop attraction campaigns that could drive business development opportunities.
Support in the retention of existing customers.
Account manage newly acquired customers through their first show cycle to ensure a positive experience and provide resolution advice where necessary, working with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Brand, or Operations).
Liaise with the Portfolio Director regarding key high-value new customers.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of sales/tele-sales experience (proven sales track record) in a hunting role.
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrable experience/track record performing in a new business hunter role in a solutions-based B2B environment.
Passionate about sales, dedicated to achieving personal sales targets.
Stakeholder management within a range of different customers.
Established network of clients/customers/contacts at all levels within the industry and associated markets.
Experience in complex sales situations and a demonstrable history of Sales KPI delivery.
