Job Title: Sales Manager (ID1575)
Location: Taiseng
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: $6000 - $6500

Job Description

1. Working closely with Management to achieve sales objectives
2. Leading a team of Sales Executives in achieving sales objectives
3. Responsible for all face-to-face sales interactions with clients onsite
4. First line of contact for new clients
5. Maintains and updates client profile in customer relationship management (CRM) database
6. Establishing contact and rapport with potential clients to provide premium customer relationship
7. Monitors market trends and client behaviours and works closely with HOD, Business Development and Marketing Team to come up with new initiatives
8. Develop objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) for the team and lead them to achieve business growth
9. Generate new sales leads (“Hunter”)
10. Generate weekly sales report
11. Monitors tender leads and participates in the bidding
12. Building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
13. Supports Management in any trade shows, conferences, meetings, activities with Principals and Clients

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and/or engineering industry
2. Possess outgoing personality
3. Willing to travel around Singapore most of the time
4. Self-motivator
5. Has a passion for sales and people management
6. Good sales track record
7. Must have own car
