Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

We would like to hear from you if you are proactive, result oriented and highly skilled in relationship management, communication and persuasion.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales and Marketing of HORIBA Water Quality Instruments (LAQUA water products, U-50 series, OCMA and Online Process Water Instruments) in Asia and ANZ (excepting Japan).
  • Based in Singapore.
  • Manage Distribution network, actively supporting with seminars, training, customer visits, exhibitions, aftersales activities, etc.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve market penetration.
  • Lead Marketing activities such as brochure design, market specific promotion programs, etc.
  • Monitor and feedback competitor activities, market trends, etc.
  • Manage supply chain and inventory turns in line with business norms.
  • Manage technical support for products.
  • Take P&L responsibility for the business and ensure strong ROI.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably with a chemistry or environmental background.
  • At least 5~10 years’ experience in managing a distribution network for water analysis instruments or general laboratory products.
  • Technical competence in scientific instruments, environmental analysis or industrial products.
  • Willing to travel up to 40% in a year.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
