Sales Manager - Video, Photography, Media Solutions & Vending Machine Advertising Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in video production, photography, media solutions, and vending machine advertising sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, including outdoor media (vending machine advertising), excellent client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the media landscape in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in video production, photography, media solutions, and vending machine advertising.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, focusing on vending machine advertising as a key sales vertical.
3. Vending Machine Advertising Sales: Drive sales for vending machine media placements, manage acquisition of new clients, and collaborate with partners to expand the company’s vending machine advertising offerings.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly, particularly in the vending machine advertising space.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, production capabilities, and vending machine media placements.
6. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful deal closures for video production, photography, media solutions, and vending machine advertising.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the media industry, with a proven track record in video production, photography, media solutions, and outdoor media sales, particularly vending machine advertising.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Strong understanding of the media landscape in Singapore, including vending machine advertising.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies across video, photography, and vending machine advertising.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience: Established network of contacts within the media industry, including agencies, clients, and vendors specializing in vending machine advertising.
2. Skills: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.

4. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
