In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Lead and develop the team's capabilities to fulfill corporate objectives on financial performance, talent development & retention, risk management and customer experiences.
2. Define, develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to sustain continuous growth in the responsible markets with sales forecast & sales funnel management with internal sales and external channel partners in Singapore and Malaysia.
3. Responsible for clinical Flow Cytometer direct sales of hospital and clinical CRO market in Singapore.
4. Drive to meet or exceed booking/revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy and global product growth initiatives.
5. Set and manage relevant targets/quotas with internal Singapore sales team and Singapore & Malaysia distributors and continually monitor performance throughout the year.
6. Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross-functional group to achieve company goals.
7. Allocate resources and obtain appropriate resources to meet company’s business objective & customer requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. At least 8 years of experience in related field application, sales & marketing experience.
2. Prior work experience in Life Sciences sector.
3. Consistent track record establishing relationships with dealers and channel partners.
4. Proficient with business software (MS office, SFDC, advanced MS Excel / Power BI at a minimum).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1. DBS (Danaher Business System).
2. Data analytics e.g. Power BI/Tableau or similar.
