Sales Manager (Semicon/Automation, up to 6k)

Job Description:

• Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, Kaki Bukit Road
• Class 3 driving license with own car

Job Responsibilities

• Handling existing accounts while aggressively developing and penetrating new accounts.
• Be responsive to all sales enquiries, RFQ, qualities, and technical issues as highlighted by customers from time to time.
• Preparation of all quotations, submission of sales requisitions, and creating project entries into in-house ERP system in a timely manner.
• Maintain and develop good business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve company sales targets; cost and profit management.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Promote new business opportunities and increase market share for existing customers.
• Tactfully work out and submit the right quote to maximize the opportunity to win the contract.
• Proactively deal with customers at all levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules to ensure customer requests are met.
• Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or any related degree.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in both Semiconductor and Automation industry.
• Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Self-motivated, independent, assertive, and able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Strong business acumen, results-oriented, and aggressive in new account development.
• Possess a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be a strong team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred to have Class 3 driving license with own car.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
