Sales Manager/ Sales Executive (Audio Visual, West)

Our client is a specialist in innovative audio-visual solutions, offering high-quality technology and services for events, conferences, and installations. They are looking for Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join their company!

Job Details:

• Salary: $3000 - $4500 (depends on experience)
• W.Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 6:00 pm)
• W.Location: Bukit Batok (West area)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing key accounts in the audio-visual industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and expanding sales potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated AV solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to senior management.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the account management team, fostering a high-performing and results-driven sales culture.
• Work closely with industry-leading AV brands (e.g., Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Logitech, Poly) to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (in sales-related role)
• Minimum NiTEC in IT Engineering, Audio Visual systems
