Sales Manager / Sales Engineer (Regional / Inverter / VFD / Drives) YH27

Job Descriptions:

• Achievement of sales & orders, profit, and strategic objectives for the assigned regions.
• Provide strategy, vision & action plans to increase the loyalty and sales of the ASEAN customers for company products & solutions.
• Actively participate & contribute towards the completion of the Country Growth Plan (ASEAN, Oceania).
• Expand new customers for ASEAN, Oceania.
• Expand our SI and distribution network for the ASEAN market.
• Conduct monthly reviews with distributors for early project detection & opportunities for ASEAN.
• Debt monitoring & collections.
• Engage in active sales visits with distributors, consultants, SI, panel builders, and end users.
• Conduct market studies and gather feedback.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of drives, VFDs, and their industry applications.
• Knowledge in the automation market and OEM applications.
• At least 5 years in sales and marketing or business development.
• Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, OEM, consultants, and end users.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in sales of industrial products.
• Able to travel within ASEAN regions.
