Position Summary:
At Manli Technology Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional performance and reliability in our products. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to promote our products, develop customer relationships, and drive sales in the region. This role involves providing after-sales technical support and working closely with both customers and internal teams to achieve our sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote products and develop customer relationships to drive sales in the region.
  2. Provide technical support, training, and product demonstrations to customers.
  3. Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  4. Coordinate with distributors on sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory control.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team on new product promotions and market penetration.
  6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  8. Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and address concerns.
  9. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management team.
  10. Assist in developing sales strategies and pricing models.
  11. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients.
  12. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma with 2 years of experience in sales.
  2. Experience with server/data centre products is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Positive and proactive attitude with strong professional qualities.
  5. Adaptable mindset and a strong ability to learn.
  6. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese and Cantonese is a plus for effective interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  7. Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments.
  8. Dynamic and adept in handling pressure effectively.
