Sales Manager (Marine Spare parts, MNC)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with the client who is a Singapore-based marine solutions provider specializing in 4-stroke marine engine parts, ship spares, and engineering services for the global shipbuilding and maritime industry.

As a Sales Manager, this role handles sales of marine engine spares and related services, manages client accounts, drives new business development, and oversees quotations, receivables, and team performance.

• Work location: Central
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Salary: up to $6,000 + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Manage and grow client base for marine spares, equipment, and agency services
• Oversee quotation follow-ups and payment collection activities
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive performance
• Lead and mentor sales team to meet business goals
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives from management

The Talent:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the marine industry (Sales Manager level)
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Outgoing, driven, and self-motivated sales personality
