Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:
Our client, one of the famous providers, has started looking for a Sales Manager who can expand their business in Singapore.

• Find out new business opportunities and turn them into business to achieve the company sales target and expectation
• Build and develop strong relationships with clients
• Propose ICT/IoT solutions, Digital services to the clients
• Conduct business marketing activities
• Stay updated with current social trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Manage and lead the sales team and provide advice and support to the team members
• Collaborate with HQ in Japan and work closely with them for new projects
• Any other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Business level of Japanese communication skills to communicate both with clients and HQ in Japan
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team
• Able to be hands-on and handle own cases
• Need to be a Team Player
• Flexible, initiative, and independent person
• Person who has a strong interest in Japanese culture
• Person who has an innovative mindset to adapt to the rapidly changing nature of industries
