Sales Manager (HRM & Finance Software) - Up to $5,500 + Commission + Bonus

• Position: Sales Manager (Software)

• Location: Kallang

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Transport Reimbursement + Commission + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing software sales team.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure their success.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with proven leadership experience.

• Requires strong understanding of software products, services, and industry trends.

• Requires experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
