Delivering the agreed-upon Gross Margins for the business while maintaining high levels of staff commitment and satisfaction, as well as customer satisfaction and retention in complete accordance with the Group's IMS.
Collaborating and communicating closely with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management team to achieve corporate governance, business expansion and enhancement, and tactical management of the Group's operations aimed at realizing the Group Vision.
Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Meeting revenue targets as stated in the Board of Directors-approved financial estimates.
Maintaining a highly skilled and motivated team to deliver results that align with the Group's vision.
Adhering to group policy and procedure without exception.
Ensuring expenses are within budget as shown in the financial estimates.
Qualifications:
Education: Marine/Maritime background as a sales and marketing executive.
At least seven years of experience working for a reputable maritime services company.
A background in the maritime business and recognized as a visionary in the field.
Dedicated, focused, and ambitious to innovate within a typical maritime business.
Ability to view the company as a whole and contribute equally to the group and the business.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage and lead others are essential.
