Job Description
- Acquire new customers through proactive outdoor sales initiatives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in terms of profit margin and sales revenue.
- Optimize GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Engage in contract negotiation, pricing, and terms & conditions with customers.
- Evaluate performance via daily reports and monthly review meetings.
- Pinpoint areas for improvement and add value to enhance customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an individual
- With a proven record in sales development.
- Strong market knowledge in Freight Forwarding and supply chain solutions, preferably with specializations in certain industry verticals.
- A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs.
